The Musketeers Sports Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Musketeers Clubhouse, 69 Church Street, Tivoli on Saturday 15th August, 2020 at 5:30pm.
The AGM is required by our constitution and is an extremely important meeting for the Club, its Members, Parents and Players, so please make all efforts to attend.
All COVID-19 guidelines will be adhered to.
About the AGM:
· The president presides over the meeting and will give an overall status of the club.
· The secretary prepares the minutes and may be asked to read important papers.
· The treasurer will present a financial report.
· Other committee members may give their reports, if required.
· The business of the AGM will include electing a new committee, and informing the members of previous and future activities.
· Questions and answers.
All committee positions will be vacated & re-elected:
- President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Management Committee members
This is your opportunity to help pave the way for our club into the future. Some current committee members are stepping down this year so we are looking for new members to join. This is a great opportunity to give fresh perspectives and ideas on how you would like your club to be run. A great club is run on great volunteers. As our motto states – ALL FOR ONE & ONE FOR ALL!
