Dear Club members, Parents and Players
The Musketeers Sports Club “Annual General Meeting (AGM)” will be held at Musketeers Baseball Clubhouse, 69 Church Street, Tivoli on Friday 24th August, 2018 at 7pm.
The AGM is required by our constitution and is an extremely important meeting for the Club, its Members, Parents and Players, so please make all efforts to attend.
About the AGM:
· The president presides over the meeting and will give an overall status of the club.
· The secretary prepares the minutes and may be asked to read important papers.
· The treasurer will present a financial report.
· Other committee members may give their reports, if required.
· The business of the AGM will include electing a new committee, and informing the members of previous and future activities.
· Questions and answers.
All committee positions will be vacated & re-elected:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- 3 Management Committee members (minimum) including Registrar
We need a minimum of 20 members in attendance to form a quorum. A great club is run on great volunteers. ALL FOR ONE & ONE FOR ALL!
